OREANDA-NEWS The capital's court has recovered another housing debt from journalist Ksenia Sobchak. This was reported by the RIA Novosti news agency with reference to relevant materials.
The Moscow Apartment Building Renovation Fund has filed a lawsuit against the star for the fourth time. As a result, the court ordered Sobchak to pay the debt for utilities, the amount of which is not specified. "The claim of the Moscow Apartment Building Capital Repair Fund for the recovery of fees for living space and utility bills, heat and electricity has been satisfied," the case file says.
In October, it became known that the court had collected utility bills from Sobchak for three lawsuits filed by the capital repair fund.
Earlier, RIA Novosti reported that the Moscow court in September satisfied three similar lawsuits against Sobchak. The amount of debt collected was also not disclosed. The decisions have entered into force. Lawyer Konstantin Krokhin said that bailiffs would seize the necessary amount on the accounts of the star if she did not pay off debts on housing and communal services voluntarily.
