OREANDA-NEWS Last year, more than a third of Russian companies faced increased staff turnover. This was reported by Vedomosti with reference to a survey conducted by Kept.

The study showed that 40 percent of employers noticed that qualified employees were more likely to quit. Almost a similar percentage stated a similar trend among service personnel and novice specialists. Managers and top management have the lowest rates.

In addition, employers (45 percent) complained about the phenomenon of job hopping, when those who have worked there for less than a year leave the company. This is especially often practiced by representatives of workers and maintenance personnel.

More than 30 percent of the respondents stated the growing level of staff turnover. In addition, 52 percent of the respondents admitted that it is difficult for them to establish contact with employees born from 2000 to 2011. Almost 90 percent of employers complain about "too high remuneration requirements with insufficient knowledge and skills," 82 percent complain about a rapid loss of interest in work, 56 percent complain about emotional sensitivity, and another 44 percent complain about the clip thinking of such employees.

According to forecasts, in 2025, more than 75 percent of Russian companies are going to actively recruit new employees due to extremely high staff turnover. According to various estimates, the shortage of personnel in the Russian Federation is estimated at one and a half million people.
