OREANDA-NEWS The third round of direct Russian-Ukrainian negotiations has ended in Istanbul.
They lasted about an hour. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, opening the third round of talks, said that Ankara is ready to promote a truce if Russia and Ukraine come to an appropriate agreement.
Prior to these negotiations, the meeting was held by the heads of the Russian and Ukrainian delegations, Vladimir Medinsky and Rustem Umerov.
