OREANDA-NEWS  JSC "Corporation "Tourism.Russia" plans to build tourist facilities with 35.6 thousand rooms by 2030, Deputy General Director of the company Elena Fedorova said at the Caucasian Investment Forum.

"The corporation's goal by 2030 is 35.6 thousand rooms, 896 billion rubles - the total amount of investments from all sources, and 300 km of mountain ski trails," she said.

Currently, the corporation has signed 64 cooperation agreements with the regions of Russia, 36 investment projects in the corporation's portfolio are also in the works.

"In the coming 2026, we will also have many tourist facilities for rent with a total of 1,8 thousand rooms. One of them is a 4-star hotel in Vladimir with 189 rooms, and we also have joint projects with Cosmos Hotel Group in Tobolsk and Pskov. In total, Cosmos and I have five projects, one of which was commissioned in Omsk, and there are also joint projects in Yakutsk and Magadan," said Fedorova.

She added that "Tourism.RF" may be included in the authorized capitals of joint project companies and in the near future the corporation will be able to hold auctions for the transfer of federal lands for lease for the construction of tourist infrastructure facilities.

The Deputy General Director also clarified that the corporation has developed 12 master plans for the development of tourism infrastructure, and is currently working with investors to form lots.
