OREANDA-NEWS   The American company Tesla has revealed a new electric Roadster car capable of lifting off the ground. The broadcast is available on the company's website.

During the demonstration, the sports car rose vertically into the air, turned over and landed on the wheels.

According to the head of the company, Elon Musk, the car, equipped with special compressed air engines, is able to accelerate to 100 kilometers per hour in less than a second. Production of the Roadster is scheduled to begin in 2028.

Earlier, Elon Musk said that the introduction of unmanned vehicles on public roads is associated with many difficulties. Due to the increase in the working time of the robotaxi to 23 hours, the development team is trying to solve the most difficult task — to teach cars not to knock down cats at night.
