OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ PTC (part of Rostec State Corporation) helps its workers improve their living conditions: the company relaunches a program of reimbursement of interests on residential loans for its young workers.

The regulation on reimbursement of interests on residential loans for young workers approved by Sergey Kogogin, Director General of KAMAZ PTC, helps young people improve their living conditions. Besides, the restart of the program that is of importance to the youth motivates promising young workers, managers and experts to continue working in KAMAZ's subdivivions. 

Interests on residential loands can be reimbursed for employees under 35 years old who have worked in the company's subdivisions for no less than half a year. They are workers of the basic and auxiliary production units whose professions are considered as shortage, and also production supervisors, technologists, designers and research engineers. Besides, highly qualified leaders, experts and office employees can participate in the program too. A critical factor is the absence of valid disciplinary penalties, facts of administrative and criminal liability.

An agreement is consluded with the participants of the program for one year with an opportunity to prolong it every year. The total period of reimbursement with account of prolonging is no more than five years. The amount of reimbursement is up to 50 thous. roubles a month. 

The offer had previously been in force at the automobile plant and was stopped due to a difficult economic situation in the country. The company has concluded 655 agreements with employees by now. 250 KAMAZ workers more plan to join the program in 2017.
