Norilsk Nickel Recommends Interim Dividend for 9 Months of 2016
OREANDA-NEWS. PJSC "MMC "NORILSK NICKEL" reports that its Board of Directors calls an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders (EGM) on December 16, 2016.
The Board of Directors has recommended for the EGM approval an interim dividend payment for nine months of 2016 in the amount of RUB 444.25 (approximately USD 6.95 at the RUB/USD exchange rate of the Russian Central Bank as of 10.11.2016) per one ordinary share.
The Board of Directors has set the EGM record date (the list of shareholders eligible to vote) on November 21, 2016 and has proposed to set the interim dividend record date (the list of shareholders entitled to the interim dividend) on December 28, 2016.
The interim dividend distribution will amount to approximately USD 1.1 billion.
