OREANDA-NEWS. August 29, 2007. Hereby we inform that National bank of the Republic of Belarus has registered on 23.08.2007 changes to “The Articles of the Joint-Stock Company “Belarussian Industrial Bank” that have been accepted by special General Assembly of Shareholders of the Bank on 23.08.2007 (minute N 5), connected with increase in authorized capital by 4,3% up to 14533189400 Belarusian roubles, reported the press-centre of Belarussian Industrial Bank.

This change is connected with the additional fund investment by bank’s founders. As well the changes into the Articles were connected with the replacement of bank’s branch in Vitebsk: 16, Chapaeva Street, Vitebsk.
