OREANDA-NEWS. April 01, 2008. Ukraine's official delegation led by First Deputy Industrial Policy Minister Vitaliy Nemylostyvyi is taking part in aerospace show FIDAE 2008, which has opened in Chile's capital city of Santiago, reported the Official website www.kmu.gov.ua.

Among Ukraine's official delegation there are representatives of the Antonov aircraft engineering complex, state-run company Ukrspetsexport, a number of aircraft repair companies and special exporters.

Beside presentation of Ukraine's aerospace potential at the national stand, on the program for the stay of the delegation in the Chilean capital are also a number of talks and meetings with the heads of defense and specialized companies of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay and Peru, as well as representatives of the economic development ministry of the Mexican state of Coahuila.

The meetings will cover prospects for implementation of specific national and regional projects with the attraction of Ukrainian aviation technologies.

Apart from this, Ukraine's delegation will hold a working meeting with the heads of a number of Chilean companies making the Chile - Ukraine chamber of commerce and industry.
