Total Oil Output Down by 0,3% y/y in Jan-Apr
OREANDA-NEWS. June 02, 2008. Domestic oil and gas condensate output decreased by 0,3% y/y to 161mn tons in Jan-Apr 2008, EconMin said.
In April alone, output went down by 0,7% y/y.
The leader in terms of oil output in Jan-Apr was Rosneft, which produced 37,65mn tons of oil (up by 5,9% y/y).
It was followed by LUKOIL (29,67mn tons, down by 2,8% y/y), TNK-BP (22,51mn tons, down by 2,2% y/y), Surgutneftegas (20,44mn tons, down by 4,4% y/y), Gazprom Neft (10,36mn tons, down by 4,7% y/y), Tatneft (8,74mn tons, up by 1,6% y/y), Slavneft (6,59mn tons, down by 6,1% y/y) and RussNeft (4,71mn tons, up by 2,3% y/y).
Domestic oil refining increased by 4,5% y/y to 77,6mn tons, while oil product output went up by 3,6% y/y in Jan-Apr 2008.
Oil exports decreased by 4,9% y/y to 81,7mn tons (50,7% of total oil output) during the reporting period. In 2007 Russia 's oil output increased by 2,2% y/y to 491,481mn tons.
