OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 August 2008 was announced, that "Finance and Credit" Bank obtained a syndicated loan in the amount of 42,5 million  USD. The credit funds are obtained for 1 year and will be directed to the financing of foreign trade operations of clients. The interest rate of the credit is LIBOR+1.95% per annum. The organizers of the syndicated loan were Standard Bank Plc, Bayerische Landesbank and Banco Finantia banks. The participants, besides the organizers, were 5 banks, predominantly from the countries of Western Europe. The initial sum of the syndicated loan came to 30 million USD, but owing to the increased interest to the syndicate the application book exceeded the initial plan in 12, 5 million USD.

The Bank has entered the market of foreign loans for the sixth time:  in June 2006 the Bank obtained the debut syndicated loan in a volume of USD 35 million for one year at the Libor+2,95% per annum rate, in November of 2006 the debut issue of Eurobonds for the amount of USD 100 million at  10,375 % per annum rate was made by the Bank, in February of 2007  "Finance and Credit" Bank completed the syndication of the annual credit of 60 million USD volume, and on the 31 of March in 2008 the Bank obtained the syndicate of 70 million USD at LIBOR+1.95% rate.
