OREANDA-NEWS. On September 18, 2008 The Government has endorsed the bill “On state private partnership”. This was disclosed by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko at a press conference.

Yulia Tymoshenko reminded that the draft State Budget provides a record volume of state guarantees – 24.5 billion UAH – for attracting well-known international companies to the construction of highways to the Football Championship Euro-2012.

“We have to adopt the Law “On state private partnership” which ensures return of those funds to the investors which they will invest to the construction of transit highways in Ukraine,” Yulia Tymoshenko stressed.

According to the Prime Minister, already tomorrow the bill will be submitted to the Parliament. She also will appeal to the people’s deputies to consider this document urgently.
