OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2008. The Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the claim of CompuVei" CJSC and confirmed legitimacy of the decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) on including the company in the Register of unfair suppliers, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Earlier FAS Russia received a petition from the Federal Service of the Russian Federation on Drug Control (FSKN Russia) on including CompuVei" CJSC in the Register of unfair suppliers because the company had refused to sign a contract for supplying server equipment for the needs of the Federal Service in 2008.

The company refused to sign a governmental contract and turned over to FSKN Russia the Reconciliation Protocol that contained conditions different from those included in the auction documentation.

Having investigated the case, FAS Russia included CompuVei" CJSC in the Register of unfair suppliers.

The company filed a claim to the court of law. The Court, however, confirmed the rightness of the antimonopoly authority.
