OREANDA-NEWS. July 31, 2009. Pavlodar Electric Distribution Company (Pavlodar, hereinafter - the company), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE copies of registered changes and additions to shares issue prospectus and government registration certificate of June 9, 2009, replacing previously issued certificate, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to documents:

- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of  Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered changes and additions to mentioned bonds issue prospectus;

- the certificate was replaced due to the company name change;

- the issue was included to the State Securities Register under number А3366;

- as of June 9, 2009, 11,131,000 common shares were offered, its authorized capital was formed in the size of KZT2,057,200,000.
