OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2009. Halyk Savings Bank's subsidiary Halyk - Kazakhinstrakh (Almaty, hereafter - the company), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with an extract from the share register, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The registrar of the company is Fondoviy Tsentr (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total of authorized common shares (common stock only KZ1C39450016) is 339,500;

- 338,011 shares were offered;

- Central Securities Depository (Almaty) held 153,300 shares (45.35 % of outstanding shares);

- the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares of the company is Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), owning 321,804 shares (95.21 %).
