OREANDA-NEWS. On October 14, 2009 UkrSibbank BNP Paribas group will change customer support service phone numbers, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.

In phone numbers 8 800 5005 800 and 8 800 5009 800:

The first digit “8” will be changed into “0” (new format: 0 800);

The last digit will be deleted.

New UkrSibbank customer support service phone numbers will be:

For individual business customers 0 800 5005 80

For SME customers 0 800 5009 80

Calls from fixed phones nationwide will remain free of charge.

In the phone number 380 44 590 06 75:

For calls nationwide digit “8” will be deleted (new format: 0 44 590 06 75);

For calls from abroad the phone number will not change: 380 44 590 06 75.

“Phone numbers will be changed in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine No. 1200 dd 29.09.2008 “On Approval of Transition to Isometric Numbering of Associated Phone Lines of Ukraine,” commented Nataliya Izmaylova, Head of UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Contact Center.
