OREANDA-NEWS. June 01, 2010. Sviaz-Bank was named winner of a public auction held by MRSK Northwest OJSC for a contract to open a non-revolving line of credit of 174.5 million rubles to the company to be available for 60 months, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

MRSK Northwest OJSC will use the borrowed funds to implement the investment program of Novgorodenergo branch of MRSK Northwest OJSC in 2010.

MRSK Northwest OJSC comprises seven branches - Arkhenergo, Vologdaenergo, Karelenergo, Kolenergo, Komienergo, Novgorodenergo, and Pskovenergo. The company has an authorized capital of 9.5786 billion rubles. The MRSK Holding Company (OJSC) owns 55.4% of MRSK Northwest’s authorized capital.
