OREANDA-NEWS. November 03, 2010. CJSC Mosstroyrekonstruktsiya (a subsidiary of LSR Group) has started construction and pre-sales in Novoye Nakhabino – a mass-market residential project located in the north-west of the Moscow region, reported the press-centre of LSR Group.

The company entered into an investment contract to develop this project in April 2010. According to the project, three residential neighbourhoods of various height, with a total living area of around 190 thousand square meters, are to be built. The company has just started construction of the low-rise residential neighbourhood – its key advantages are short construction period and adequately-priced comfortable apartments located in the Novorizhskoye direction.

The total sellable area of the low-rise neighbourhood is around 40 thousand square meters. The neighbourhood comprises 66 two- and three-storey EURO-houses for 8 and 12 apartments respectively. EURO-houses are made of Euro’PA items, exclusively produced by OJSC Zavod ZhBI-6 (a subsidiary of LSR Group). Unique facade fit-out seamless technology improves buildings’ exterior and guarantees high insulation. The key advantage of the EURO-houses is their short assembly period of just 3 months. Utility connections and completion of the houses of phase 1 are planned for spring 2011.

Novoye Nakhabino low-rise neighbourhood will have 1-room apartments of 41-44 square meters, 2-room apartments of 54-59 square meters, 3-room apartments of 68 square meters. Apartments in the new neighbourhood are of higher comfort level: spacious kitchens, two windows in the living-room, an opportunity to unite living room with the kitchen. 80% of the apartments for sale in the neighbourhood, referring to the share of Mosstroyrekonstruktsiya, are fitted out.

At the beginning of pre-sales, the price per square meter starts from RUB 58,000.

Novoye Nakhabino has well-developed transport and social infrastructure. The district is connected with the centre of Moscow via two motorways – Volokolamskoe Shosse and Novorizhskoye Shosse. Since the new road interchange has been opened, now it takes only 30-35 minutes to get to Moscow from the neighbourhood even during the rush-hour. Besides, the neighbourhood lies near Nakhabino railway station, where trains run every 10-15 minutes.

A short distance away there are public and private schools, a supermarket, a bowling centre, restaurants, a fitness centre, etc. The neighbourhood is located in the area surrounded by forestry, and there is a picturesque valley with a river in the north-west.
