OREANDA-NEWS. November 09, 2010. Eurasian Bank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The bank's registrar is Kompania Registrator (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total number of the bank's authorized common shares KZ1C31550011 is 33,000,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P31550117 - 3,000,000 units;

- 15,307,970 common shares are outstanding, preferred shares were not offered;

- the only holder of five or more percent of outstanding shares is Eurasian Finance Company (Almaty), owning 14,715,891 common shares (96.13 % of the outstanding shares).
