OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2011. Azal Sigorta, a company leading in the insurance market of Azerbaijan, has increased its equity capital by 8.8%.

The State Securities Committee reports that an issue of 17,500 shares with par value of AZN 506 each was registered under number AZ10050046P.

17,500 shares of the issue with number AZ100400567 and par value of 465 manats each were converted in shares of this issue.

As a result, Company’s registered capital was increased from 8,137,500 up to 8,855,000 manats.
