OREANDA-NEWS. January 16, 2012. JSC Delta Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of amendments made to its shares issue prospectus, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The said amendments were registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on December 26, 2011 and had been made due to changes in the composition of the Management Board of JSC Delta Bank.
