JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MICEX-RTS, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces prolongation of the date of open subscription to shares of new issue (state registration no. 1-01-55038-E-040D dated August 16, 2011) through June 29, 2012 (inclusive of this date). The prolongation of subscription is determined by specifics of procedure for receipt of budget funds and property, specified in the issuance documents.

Offers to purchase shares (hereinafter - offers) could be submitted daily from 10:00 to 17:00 Moscow time, other than on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at the address: JSC RusHydro, 51, Architect Vlasov Street, Moscow, 117393,  or at the address of the broker JSC IK EVROFINANSY, 10 block 2 Shabolovka Street, Moscow, 119049. In accordance with resolution on the additional issue of securities and prospectus, RusHydro reserves the right to accept or decline received offers at its own discretion.
