OREANDA-NEWS. July 24, 2012. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov ordered the head of Civil Service for Regulatory Policy and Business Development Mykhailo Brodsky to study the issue to reduce the number of permits that must be obtained for enterprises, price policy in this area and the efficiency of the most permissive system on July 23 at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to Mykola Azarov, as for today there are still a lot of unnecessary permits, which must be obtained by the entrepreneurs and on issue of which private companies under government agencies is often got rich. Prices are often set by mediators under government agencies, which receive huge incomes, stripping entrepreneurs.

"How long this will continue? Try to go all the way like an entrepreneur, getting permission, and you will understand how well the system operates" - the Prime Minister said, noting that it is only the way to clearly understand what we need to changed immediately.

Also Mykola Azarov said that deregulation has to actually simplify the procedure of obtaining permits by employers.

"It is important to establish a system under which it will be impossible" - Mykola Azarov said.
The Prime Minister also gave specific instructions to verify the legality of collecting fees for permits services.
