OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2012. MM Company, acting as a general contractor, is finishing construction of a bakery plant in Krushynka village, Kyiv region. The plant, which will produce bakery and pastry products, is the largest of its kind in Ukraine and Europe with the capacity of 250 tons per day. The employer for the project construction is Kehychovske farm enterprise. The agreement for the bakery plant construction was signed with TMM in October 2011. The completion of the construction and assembly works is scheduled for Q3 2012.

TMM's prior experience in industrial construction comprises such projects as tram depot construction in Kyiv as well as TMM-Energobud production facility construction in Kharkiv region.

As of 30.06.2012 TMM is providing construction services under 14 construction contracts. As reported earlier, TMM is increasing the volume of construction services provided to third parties in order to diversify sources of income and ensure stability of operations. In H1 2012 the volume of cash receipts from construction services rendered by TMM to third parties increased 6.6x y-o-y.

At the same time, TMM continues development of its own projects. The largest company's project under construction is Sonyachna brama residential complex in Kyiv, the 2nd phase of which is scheduled for completion in Q4 2012.
