Thus, to confirm the latter declaration, the Bank of Moscow has started extending mortgage loans in Khabarovsk, and even now the residents of the Territory are able to make use of the Bank’s unique offer to buy or build houses.

The Bank's intentions to provide support to Khabarovsk municipal organisations were stated in a separate agreement signed by Mikhail Kuzovlev, President and Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Moscow, and Alexander Sokolov, the Mayer of Khabarovsk.
