OREANDA-NEWS. February 11, 2013. Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert Holdings Limited (an affiliate of Sinochem listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), and Steven Dechka, President & CEO of Canpotex, signed the Potash Fertilizer Import Contract for the First Half of 2013 in Macao, reported the press-centre of Sinochem.

The contract is based on the Three-year Memorandum signed by the two sides in October 2010.

The contract demonstrates the long-term business partnership between the two sides, and plays a significant role in meeting the demands for potash fertilizer of the Chinese market. Sinofert and Canpotex will carry on their cooperation in the Chinese market, serve Chinese farmers through balanced fertilization and other best planting services, and contribute to the agricultural development and food security of China.
