OREANDA-NEWS. May 20, 2013. This is reported by state enterprise Cadastru. The matter concerns sales and purchases, as well as inheritance, donation and exchange bargains, registered in the real estate cadastre.

In March, 2013 it was registered 8782 real estate sales/purchases, 5% or 500 records down as compared with 9282 records made last March. At the same time, in March, 2013 it was registered 2067 mortgage bargains, 105 less than 2292 mortgage bargains concluded last March.

The total amount of mortgage bargains concluded in Moldova in March, 2013 included 36% of those made in Chisinau.
