OREANDA-NEWS. According to preliminary data of the National Statistics Office of Georgia GeoStat, in January-June 2013, foreign trade turnover of Georgia totalled USD 4 713 million (nonmetering spontaneous trade), by 3% less than in January-June 2012.

Export made USD 1 236 million (by 9% more), while import - USD 3 477 million (by 7% less). The negative trading balance of Georgia made USD 2 241 million, 48% of the total foreign trade turnover.
