OREANDA-NEWS. For the purpose of improvement of operating efficiency of the enterprises in the Segment of downstream in the Balkan region management of "Zarubezhneft" JSC made cardinal changes in development strategy and management of these assets.

According to the new strategic aims of the Company plan of measures on optimization of activity of the subsidiaries and affiliates in the Balkan region, based on the following principles, has been developed:

openness and transparency of the business;

economic efficiency and effectiveness of the projects;

social accountability in the region of presence.

Realization of the approved strategy and developed plan of measures will allow the enterprises of the Segment of downstream to move to a whole new level of development and strengthen positions on the regional market.
