A working group operates in each region. They, in case of the violation, address to the State Inspection of Ukraine on monitoring the prices, the Antimonopoly Committee, prosecutor's offices to take appropriate measures. Owing to this an increase in tariffs for utility services has been canceled in 20 towns," vice Prime Minister Olexandr Vilkul said during the All-Ukrainian conference call with regional leaders.

He said that to ensure stability of utility tariffs we must go through modernization of equipment, energy-saving technologies by attracting investments in the sector. "This is the path that Eastern Europe went to improve the quality of public services," vice Prime Minister said.
