OREANDA-NEWS. August 19, 2013. A detailed construction plan for a new business campus on 10 hectares of land near Jarvevana road in Tallinn has been approved by Tallinn City Government.

The Avala complex, which will be developed by Kaamos Group, will have up to 180,000 m2 of office and retail space and will cost around 150 million euros, Aripaev reported.

Kaido Joeleht, the owner of Kaamos, said that the company is at the stage of seeking investors.
