High capital adequacy, low credit risk concentration and ability of gaining financial support from the owners had a substantial positive impact on the Company rating. Creation of the loan portfolio impairment provisions, a broad customer base, an extensive network of offices and moderately low reliance on short-term funding support the rating.

Operating at a loss is the key negative factor: RAS losses came to RUB 48 million in 1H2013. Low loan portfolio quality, the significant currency risks undertaken and absence of audited RAS statements have a negative impact on the rating.
