Juozas Bartlingas,

Egle Ciuzaite,

Adomas Birulis,

Darius Kucinas,

Vidmantas Salietis.

In addition, the same day, Board of the Company elected Mr. Juozas Bartlingas as a Chairman of the Board of the Company and as General Manager of the Company.
