The agreement provides for insurance protection of structural elements of major and auxiliary facilities, including internal and external finish, engineering networks and special equipment. The policy covers risks related to effect of fire and water, natural disasters, malicious acts by third parties, theft, running-down by land vehicles, and falling of manned objects. Besides, the insured property was protected against damage from terroristic acts and civil commotions.
