Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has been added to the list of guarantor banks accredited by AK Transneft OJSC to provide AK Transneft OJSC and its subsidiaries with tender guarantees, guarantees of advance recovery and compliance with the terms of contracts, and other guarantee documents.

Previously, this past November, Sviaz-Bank was named winner of a public auction held by AK Transneft OJSC to select a financial institution for opening and managing bank accounts in rubles, U.S. dollars, and euros and offering settlement and cash handling services in bank accounts.

“Sviaz-Bank has already built up some experience in successful cooperation with Transneft Company and hopes to develop it effectively on new interaction standards,” said Sergey Volokhov, Vice Chairman of Sviaz-Bank’s Management Board.
