According to the mentioned extract:

- the total number of the company's authorized common shares KZ1C53690018 is equal to 750,000,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P53690114 – 250,000,000 units;

- 291,474,950 common shares and 182,506,408 preferred shares of the
  company are outstanding;

- the company bought back 2,157,335 common shares;
