Zhaikmunai announces intention of Zhaikmunai LLP to pay out dividends for 2015
OREANDA-NEWS. Zhaikmunai LLP (Oral), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) has provided KASE with the following information statement:
"...Zhaikmunai LLP, a subsidiary of Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC ("the Company" and together with its subsidiaries "the Group"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, announces that the Company held its annual general meeting today, 26 May 2015, at which the Company’s shareholders approved the US\$0.27 per ordinary share (payable in pounds sterling) dividend proposed by the Board. Accordingly, the Company announces that it will confirm and
announce the pounds sterling equivalent dividend amount per ordinary share, on 5 June 2015".
