OREANDA-NEWS. MARF has admitted to trading a bond issue by MASMOVIL for €27 million

MARF has admitted to trading a bond issue by M?smovil for a volume of €27 million, a 5.5% coupon and maturity of 5 years.

Intermoney and Andbank Espa?a have acted as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners for the issue, which has been distributed by means of a public placement among 16 qualified investors. Intermoney also participates as M?smovil’s Registered Advisor for this Fixed Income issue.

The bonds have received a BB rating with positive outlook by rating agency Axesor. The law firm Cuatrecasas, Gon?alves Pereira has advised the company in producing the legal documents associated with this issue.

 Grupo M?smovil currently has a total of 700,000 customers and a wide range of telecommunications services: fixed and mobile telephony, ADSL, fiber optics, data centres and other value-added services it offers to multiple segments, particularly residential, companies and other operators. In 2014 the Group achieved consolidated revenues of €79.15 million and EBITDA of €3.67 million. Including the operations of its NEO subsidiaries - Embou and Ebesis -  which were acquired in 2015, its net pro-forma income would be €159.76 million and EBITDA would reach €10.88 million.
