By a resolution No. 19 of the Committee on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of competition of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 5, 2015 on imposing an administrative sanction, KazAgroFinance was drawn to administrative responsibility according to part 2 of article 163 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (unfair competition) and sanction was imposed on KazAgroFinance to the amount of 1500 MCI (KZT2,973,000).
