Kazakhtelecom provides to KASE extract from shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2016
OREANDA-NEWS. Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE the extract from its shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2016.
According to the mentioned extract:
- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C12280018 of the company makes up 10,922,876 pieces, preferred shares – 1,213,653 pieces;
- all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
- the company bought back 215,553 common shares and 893,129 preferred shares;
- Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) holds as a nominee 1,071,856 common shares of the company (8.83 % of the total number of outstanding shares of the company);
- persons, each holding shares of the company in the quantity of five and more percent from the total number of outstanding shares of the company are:
