OREANDA-NEWS. Foreign citizens can apply for COVID-certificates on the Gosuslug portal for antibodies, the analysis must be taken in a laboratory in Russia, follows from the decision of the chief state sanitary doctor of Russia, head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova.

According to the resolution, foreign citizens can obtain a certificate "if there is an immune response (IgG antibodies (S-protein) to the COVID-19 pathogen, identified by the results of laboratory tests" conducted in the Russian Federation and transmitted through the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services.

The resolution clarifies that in order to issue a certificate, a foreign citizen must pass an IgG (S-protein) antibody test at an organization connected to the system of the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor.

To obtain a certificate, you must specify the last name, first name, patronymic, gender, number of the document proving the identity of a foreigner, or birth certificate; date of birth and email address.

To generate a certificate, a foreign citizen must also enter their data on a special page, as well as the order number of the laboratory test. After that, the certificate will be generated automatically in Russian and English with the possibility of sending it to the e-mail of a foreign citizen or downloading it in PDF format.

In mid-January, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova announced that certificates of those who had recovered from coronavirus would begin to be issued based on the results of an antibody test from February 2022.

Citizens of Russia can apply for a certificate on the certificate of the presence of antibodies from February 21.
