OREANDA-NEWS  WhatsApp started working on adding reactions to the messenger. This function was discovered in its beta version by the authors of the WABetaInfo portal.

They posted a screenshot, judging by which, users will be asked to update the application to see the reactions. How many there will be and how they will look is not yet clear since the function is at an early stage of development.

Facebook was the first to add reactions - more than four years ago. Then such a feature appeared in iMessage, LinkedIn and other platforms. On Instagram, it is possible to send reactions to a story. Emoji reactions were introduced on Russian VKontakte in early August.
