Polish PGNiG Returned $90 Million to Gazprom

It is clarified that this amount was superfluous when transferring money as part of the implementation of the decision of the Stockholm arbitration on the revision of gas prices.
On June 30, it was reported that Gazprom export transferred funds to the Polish oil and gas company PGNiG in accordance with the decision of the arbitration Tribunal on the dispute over gas prices. The Polish company later confirmed the transfer.
In March, the Polish company declared victory in the case of the gas price under the current contract. According to PGNiG, it is entitled to a refund of $1.5 billion.
