OREANDA-NEWS Oil refining in Russia decreased from April 11 to 17 to 5.22 million barrels per day, a decrease of 10 thousand barrels compared to the previous week. This is the lowest level in the last 11 months, according to Bloomberg, citing an informed source.

The decrease was caused by a number of factors, including drone attacks, unscheduled repairs, and the closure of the Orsk refinery due to flooding. The enterprises affected by these events processed 280 thousand barrels less in the period between April 1 and 17 compared to the same period in the beginning of the year. Although attacks on factories have ceased, production recovery has slowed.
