OREANDA-NEWS The selling prices of European industrialists in December last year increased by two-thirds compared to the beginning of the pre-sanctions 2021 year, according to materials published on the Eurostat website.

"From January 2021 to December 2025, prices increased by 66.3%,"the State Statistics Service said in a statement on the prices of manufacturers of industrial products in the EU on the domestic market.

At the same time, prices decreased by 1.3% in December compared to November, and by 7.7% year-on-year compared to December 2024.

Last December, production prices for electricity and gas in the EU increased by 0.1% compared to November, and decreased by 7.4% year-on-year. Prices for crude oil and natural gas production decreased by 3.7% on a monthly basis, and by 23.2% on an annual basis, the publication notes.
