As of December 31, 2020, in the country, the hydrocarbon reserves of the group of companies according to local classification reached 33,574.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas, 1,494.4 million tons of gas condensate and 2,023.8 million tons of oil.
Also, the head of Gazprom, Alexei Miller, believes that gas prices in Europe may soon reach new record levels. According to him, there is a serious shortage of gas reserves in underground storage facilities in Europe.
