OREANDA-NEWS  Muscovites were urged to abandon cars during the rain. This is what the residents of the capital were advised to do in the Moscow Department of Transport.

The ministry said that the situation on the highways had worsened due to bad weather. "It's raining in Moscow in places — be careful and careful when driving. There are 4 points on the roads now," the Department of Transport said.

In this regard, motorists were advised to use public transport or postpone car trips until about 19:00. Drivers were reminded to keep their distance, do not exceed the speed limit, do not be distracted by the phone and other gadgets, do not make sudden movements and do not park cars under shaky structures.

On May 11, Muscovites who had already changed their tires to summer tires were urged to stop traveling by car because of the frosts. The air temperature then dropped to minus 5 degrees, and the roads became unsafe.
