OREANDA-NEWS In July, Russia increased imports of passenger cars from China to the maximum since November 2024 – the amount of shipments reached $ 1.39 billion, according to data from the Chinese customs administration, which was studied by RIA Novosti. Purchases in monetary terms increased by 15% compared to the previous month, and compared to the same period last year, the increase was 2.2 times. Russia was the largest buyer of Chinese cars in the reporting month, along with the United Kingdom, with purchases of $1.3 billion and Belgium ($1.2 billion), among the three most notable importers.
