OREANDA-NEWS Russian Railways began to "guess" what preferences specific customers have in tourism with the help of artificial intelligence (AI), Evgeny Charkin, the company's deputy general director, told reporters.
"We have already implemented artificial intelligence in the process of servicing passengers who apply for hotels, excursions, sanatoriums and other travel products. In this case, AI performs the functions of a co-pilot of a contact center specialist, helping a person to promptly form responses to customer requests and questions in real time, taking into account their preferences," Charkin said on the sidelines of the Digital Industry of Industrial Russia (CIPR) conference.
Such an intelligent assistant, explained in Russian Railways, allows you to make more targeted products from the point of view of tourism.
In addition, the company continued, Russian Railways can monitor the entire customer service cycle: the neural network analyzes the text spoken by the operator and his speech.
