OREANDA-NEWS Total sales of passenger cars, light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and trucks, as well as buses on the Russian market in January-October 2023 increased by 56%, to 1 million 040 thousand units, the Ministry of Industry and Trade reported, citing data from Passport Industrial Consulting JSC (JSC PPK), a joint venture of the agency "Autostat" and EPTS operator JSC "Electronic Passport".

The Ministry has been reporting on the results of the car market in the format of a detailed press release since September of this year.
